By far the WORST dealership I have ever been to. The whole experience sucked! My fiance recently bought her Yaris from there simply because we couldnt find the exact one anywhere else. They immedietly came back with a ridiculous intrest rate and when i threatened to walk the rate all of a sudden was easily cut in half. After the car was purchased we were called and told that there was a "problem" with the original contract and that her payment was going to increase by about 20 dollars a month. We refused to re-sign a differnt contract as I have heard of this scam before. We were called numerous times a day or should I say harassed to sign a new contract. When we spoke to them last I explained we would have our lawyer look into it...after saying that they at the difference in payment (which im sure didnt even exist like I said SCAM) and that was the end of it. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT DEALER AGAIN!

I have nothing but rave reviews for TEAM. I went there solely because they had in stock the only Camo manual xB in 40 miles. I walked in and was greeted by the receptinist. I pointed out the window and said: "I want to buy that car." From there, everything ran like clockwork. Curteous and helpful, knew their product and went extremely out of their way to make a deal with me. I've recommended them to many and will probably buy from them again.

I purchased a Toyota in 2003 from Team Toyota, and the whole experience was pretty poor. From the salesman to the general attitude among the rest of the staff, to the buying/negotiation process, it was all well below my standards of what I would expect when I'm making a 5-figure purchase. I had heard great things about Thompson Toyota in Doylestown, and that's where I went to get my tC. I posted a review of them - they're GREAT.
I've dealt with this dealership before when I've bought Toyotas and I've never had a problem. I bought my '04 Scion xB at Team and the salesman was knowledgeable about the product, helpful, and non-intrusive. It was a good experience with no complaints. Note: The inventory score is low because the dealership only had two xB's available.
