I found these guys though the internet since i no longer lived in the area. Karen gave a quick and informational response and got me to the dealership to look at the car she agreed to hold for me. When i got there i was forwarded to Val, who was the salesman selected to finish my sale. He made the process as quick and painless as possible. He answered all the millions of questions i had and when he didn't know, he found the answer for me. I left there very happy with my new car and i felt like everything went way better than i expected. The follow up from this dealership has been amazing. their facility is one of the best, if not the best, i have seen yet for scion. Their customer care is amazing and they truly do everything in there power to get things done to make the customer as happy as possible. I have recommended them several times and i always hear back great reviews. i have had my car for about five months now, and they still help me out as if i was just buying it!!!

This was the best and easiest car buying experiance ever. I just bought a 2008 xB and love the way Tom Scott scion treated me. I looked at Peterson in Boise They know nothing about the product. The place was a mess unlike Tom Scott motors which was very clean and the staff was very up to date on the scion product two thumbs up. Oh I love my new xB.

Tom Scott Scion is the best place in the Boise area to buy a Scion, the show room was lacking displays of optional parts and the TV is never on, But the knowledge of the staff was very impressive compaired to Peterson. When I asked a question about the Scions, they were always able to give me an answer within a few moments. And even though I did not buy my car there they were more than helpful when I needed help fixing a few things. They even told me were to get my tinting, and are always excited when I bring in my car to show them my new Mods. I love these guys, all they need to to is work on their showroom a little and they would be perfect.
