Last Friday was a great day. We bought our first Scion. The buying experience at Vancouver Scion was excellent. I usually hate the car buying experience; where you have to go 12 rounds with the sales man and the finance man to arrive at a "deal". It is usually a very trying experience. Our experience at Vancouver Scion was just the opposite.
My wife and I knew basically knew that we wanted a 2008 Scion xB fully loaded; but we wanted to test drive one and had a few questions. "Woody", our sales consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the xB. Woody took his time answering all of our questions and presenting the options to us. The finance consultant was helpful and low-pressure too. We drove our new xB home the same afternoon and we are very pleased.
I do *not* have any buyer's remorse! This is a great vehicle; and I love the 2008 improvements for the xB. Our experience at Vancouver Scion was great and I would recommend Vancouver Scion to all of my friends!!!

I've been to this dealer two times now with not much of any success. First time no one waited on me after 45 min. so I left, the second time it took 28 min. before someone would talked to me. After a very short test ride the pressures began for a cash deposit. Even though not a clue be it two weeks or four months for my delivery of an xB. "Just give us a deposit." Their product knowledge was disappointing. As well as the showroom. Paint samples were all scratched up and falling off the displays.

This dealer would only let me take a four mile test drive in a xB. No hills or twesty roads were aloud. I had some questions about the xB for Tim Goth and then Andrew. They both said they would call me with the info, three weeks now no call! Don't waste your time with this dealer their customer service before they get your money is the worst I've ever seen. I'll be ordering my new xB in two weeks from a Portland, OR dealer. To bad I can't spend my own money in my home town!!
