Yep, its a great dealership. My dad and I went to look at xBs when i was 15, and we were able to take one out on the road by ourselves. My dad liked it so much, we put our names down on the waiting list for the rs 4.0, but what we really wanted was the 3.0, and we told KK that. A couple of weeks later, we got a call saying they had gotten a brand new rs 3.0 from Chicago. They had it sent just for us, even though we actually never said we were going to buy it! They said if we didn't, someone else probably would have, so they had it sent anyways. So long story short, we got it, and my whole family loves it. Now my Dad even got a job at Walser Scion/Toyota. Its a great dealership all around.

Bought my '06 xB back in June. Both my sales person (KK) and the Scion sales manager were very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the car buying experience enjoyable. They were able to get my color choice - BSP - within a week through local dealer trade. I highly recommend this Scion dealership.
Please note, the Walser Scion dealership has moved down the road to a new building which it shares with Walser Toyota. Much, much nicer and bigger than the older location. New address is 4601 American Boulevard West, Bloomington, MN 55437.

First Impression - At first it seems like you're walking up to some guy who opened a small shop on the corner selling Scions. Staff was very friendly, so that made the first impression good.
Staff Attitude - Extremely friendly, no pressure. I never felt like I was in a car dealership (until the business office). By the end of my buying experience, I knew all of the Scion people there, and they knew my first name.
Staff Knowledge - I was actually surprised by the fact that I knew more about the tC RS2.0 from the Scion website than the dealership knew. There were many questions that I couldn't get an answer to, or that they had to "call me back" on.
Inventory Level - Did not apply in my case.
Facility Quality - Inside it was pretty nice, but they're stuck in an odd building. They're addressing this issue by moving soon.
Final Impression - Very good. I must say, though, that a month has passed since I got my tC RS2.0, and I still don't have my spoiler or my short shifter!!

I had to wait 2-3 weeks to get my TRD dropped blue 06" tC and it was worth it. I only ordered the dropped springs, floor mats, and heated seats which I had installed today as a factory option that WAS NOT dealer installed but instead needed to have an apointment to get put in. Well that could have gone better. I showed up at "sunroofs etc" in Goleden valley and wait only an hour and a half to have tham installed which was great. The problem is that they put a bunch of DEEP scratches in the door sill area. I noticed them when I stopped at a store on the way home and drove straight to the dealer. I talked to a few people (Toyota saleaman "Jeff" and Scion salesman "Randy") who were BOTH very helpful and understanding about getting it repainted. I had worked with Randy and Nick in purchasing the car and they both were GREAT. The only real problem was the pricing on the TRD springs, that did not include a very needed alignment.

I went there about 2 weeks ago looking for a Scion tC. They had the Release Series 1.0 in stock. I went into the building and the first thing that happend was Randy (the dealer working at the time) greeted me. I asked him if he had any info on the tC I could take home, he said they only had the poster. Instead of just letting me leave, he asked me if I wanted to take the tC RS 1.0 to a test drive. He didn't even try to sell me the car, or maybe he knew if I test drove it I would get sucked in. Well, after test driving it, I was sucked in.
I came back a week later to find out they had sold the tC RS 1.0. But they had the standard ones in stock and right away, they let me test drive it. After talking a little more with Randy, I had to leave but asked about the financing options. I got a call within 5 minutes from him!
Well, now I have made a down payment on the car and picking it up tomorrow!
I purchased my Scion TC back in September. I already knew I would most likely be getting it before I arrived at the dealership as long as I was satisfied with what they had in inventory, and I like the staff at the dealership.
The sales person was knowledgable about the car and the options available at the time. I felt no pressure and every question I asked was answered promptly and honestly.
They had 4 Scion TC's on the lot and I chose a base model. I ordered 3 options with mine:
1. Cold Air Intake
2. Autodimming Mirror with compass
3. Floormats
I got the floormats installed and the Autodimming mirrir with compass. The mirror was a bit of an issue because it seems the manufacturer yanked the compass option after I placed my order. The dealership found a suitable aftermarket mirror and installed it for me. I was VERY pleased by this and it demonstrated me their commitment to the customer.
I am still waiting for the CAI system and was told it may be December before they can get the parts from the manufacturer. No the dealers fault at all IMHO. I can wait a little while longer while the manufacturer gets their act together..
I thought the facilities were a bit lacking however. Not the type of New car lot you would expect to find. Its almost as if Walser stuck them in the corner to keep them out of the way. I think they deserve better... They earned it in my book.
All in all extremely pleased with Walser Scion!!!

I am changing my review because my wife and I bought our 2nd xB from here. I really like doing business with Walser Toyota/Scion. They don't mess around. When signing the sales papers they tried to sell extras (ext warr, etc) like all dealers do, but they were not pushy about it. One "No" is all it took and they were respectful of my decision. They are very easy to do business with. I will be buying another Toyota from them when one of the boxes goes bye bye.

Today I dropped by Walser Scion to see what was on the lot for tCs ... while drooling on a nice Black Cherry Pearl tC, Walser Salesman Nick Newman approached me. At this point I made sure to mention that I was not in a position to buy anything, regardless of how much I wanted too.
Nick did something funny after that. He started showing me the cars features ... talked to me about financing (barely ... just enough to let me know it existed) ... and let me test drive the tC. I guess that Nick understands that I wanted this car, and despite the fact that I don't have money now, doesn't mean I won't later.
He explained to me all the base model features, briefly mentioning the catalog of extras available at no more than one point during his speech ... but going no further. Perhaps, this man understands that since I didn't inquire about the accessories when he mentioned them, he figures I'd really like a base model? He's right. He made no attempt to sprinkle candy coating on what was already a delicious snack ... or add to his commission. He did almost slip on one or two of the features ... for example, at one point he almost said the 6 disk changer was standard, but he quickly corrected himself -- as long as he did that, he came across very knowledgeable about the car.
To say I was happy with my experience would be an understatement. This dealer represents the true Scion No Pressure/Haggle sales ideology.
I was only inside their building for a couple brief moments ... from the outside, you can tell the building is old ... it isn't very attractive at all. But the inside, well, it looks like a Performance shop. Like a kid in a candy store, I was. A+ for the fact that the place was very clean and orderly.
Their inventory consisted of a total of 5 tCs (the most I have yet to see in a single place), as well as an xB and a few xAs. Unfortunately, it had rained recently so the cars were less than shiny ... this however is not the dealer's fault.
All in all, I am very happy with the way I was treated. Never once did I feel like the fact that I had no money to spend affected the attention Nick placed on me during my experience. When I get into good financial standing, Nick will have sold himself a car, and I think he knows it.
