Walked into Hempstead Millenium Toyota and the guy who helped me looked like a deadbeat loser. I wanted a black tC and they didnt have one and said it would take them at least 5 days to find one for me. So the next day I went over to Westbury Toyota and talked to Angel. They had my color (only one left) and it's at Westbury where I was told that the car was called Black Sand Pearl ...haha so much for Hempstead. After a few hours at Westbury (don't buy a car on President's Day weekend... stupid on my part) I ended up driving it home that night. Angel is amazing and extemely knowledgeable. He also gave me a hook up with a friend of his who tinted the car at a cheaper price than what I shopped around for.

I had placed a down payment on a 2006 Ford Focus, when my fiancée asked me if we could just take a look at Toyota. We took a ride over to Westbury, and spent some time with Rick Hall and Angel Diaz. They were prompt and courteous in greeting us.
They were prepared to answer just about any question I had about the Scion line, and after some comparison between the 3 models, I place a deposit in a 06 FM tC 5 speed.
They had a decent inventory available, and I was able to see every color. A Scion Evolution member happened to stop by, and I was even able to see the options I ordered in action. It was awesome how easily I could take a car that had so many great options stock, and still be able to make it my own with a torrent of accessories, and performance parts.
The car was delivered before it was promised, and the paper work was thorough, and explained very well. The whole process of buying a car was made less painful by Rick who I felt went above and beyond.

i got my white tc there at westbury scion. They have a great staff there with Angel and Rick. Angel made everything easy with the dealing and paperwork. Straight up and to the point. He also got my car out ahead of time. Angel and Rick have a positive attitude towards their customers!

Good Service, Excellent Salesmen who are will to help you out quickly. It is an excellent Car and a family like attitude, need I say more. Not really but the guys at Westbury Scion know there stuff from the cars down to helping you finance your car with good rates, Kudos guys keep it up.
I had been in the car buying stage of my life for over a year. I had gone in to Westbury Toyota to initially buy a Corolla SE, and received excellent service from Julio, but couldn't get financing.
8 months later I returned because of the prior service I received, even after NOT purchasing the car. I went straight back to Westbury intending on purchasing an xA and walked out the door in an xB.
From beginning to end, every employee at the dealership was wonderful. Rick and Angel are a great team, and my relationship at the dealership did not end when I purchased my car.
After being hit in an accident, I returned to Westbury Scion for advice on where to send the car, and again, their recommendation was great!!
I will be a Westbury Scion customer forever!!

Went into Toyota to look at SUVs - what a mistake! Too small inside, poor gas mileage, too much money! Angel suggested we look at the XB - and we were hooked. Angel made every step of the process easy - I particularly liked the fact that we didn't have to negotiate or see the "manager" about service contracts, etc., etc.
Car was delivered quickly and I was made to feel like this was more of a family and less of a business. The guys at Westbury Scion have taken good care of me - and we loved the XB so much we bought another one less than six months later.

Started out good, but then tried to take advantage of me on price of DMV fees, ect. I would've purchased the car on the stop however I decided to go to another scion dealership where I found that Westbury was taking me to town on fees.

We were so pleased with the laid back approach to selling cars that Angel and his colleagues at Westbury Scion have that after purchasing an xB for my wife in February, we went back and bought another one in June. I have never before had such a consistently positive buying experience. Angel, Rick and Gary are a dynamic sales trio. In short, you buy the car, they don't sell it to you. If you buy your Scion anywhere else, you might be disappointed.

I was very impressed by the greeting at the beginning of my visit. When I first entered the dealership I was not sure if I really wanted an xb or an xa. The guy was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I decided to go for the xb and it is the best decision I have made. Westbury scion is the best.

From beginning to even now the upfront honesty and pro-active helpfulness of Westbury Scion is beyond anything I have seen from any dealership.
Our salesman Angel is a good man. He answered all my questions (there were lots of them) and always followed up. He did this without being pushy or even sighing at the stupidest questions. He saved us a $100 just by asking if I graduated. My hard to please uncle even said "I like you." to him.
I've been to 7 Scion dealerships in total; Lee, Manhatten, Penn, Smithtown, Star, Sunrise and ofcourse Westbury. Yes, needless to say I did my research. NO OTHER DEALERSHIP offered the presence, customer service, price (yes Pure Pricing, but when you compare prices of options like a sunroof there is a difference) and overall "Yeah I got a good deal and am proud to recommend this dealership to my family and closest friends." kind of feeling.
Also worthy of mention is Ricki, who is a younger zippier version of Angel.

I went over to Westbury Scion just to check their price (was my mother's doing). I didn't really get a great impression from them. I thought at first they were pretty welcoming, I mean they have a guy out there greeting people at the door. But after speaking with the Scion rep, I just felt like "yea okay." Needless to say, we went straight back to Smithtown Scion to put a deposit down on my tC ! My sales guy even gave me a birthday gift! Pretty cool people over at Smithtown Scion :) I think they're the best dealer on Long Island :)

I got my baby here...it took only 4 weeks....the people r mad cool and they hook u up with lots of coffee....Angel is the man over there so u should def check it out....its a lil out there from Westchester but they know how to hook u up...aight theres my 2 cents
