My first experience at Wolfchase Scion left a lasting impression. The salesman (Chris Todd) greeted me promptly and told me everything there was to know about the tC. I told him i was looking for a black tC but he told me that they didn't have any at the dealership. He then began to tell me about the second release series and all of the cool features it offered. I was immediately hooked. The one at the dealership was a manual so we then placed an order for an automatic. Three months later my car arrived at the dealership and one year later i still love my tC.

Ever since I bought my tC in October of 2007 I have been returning to this dealership for anything and everything I buy. The staff there is great and they are like friends to me. It has gotten to where I just go up there just to hang out with some of them and talk about anything SCION. They tell me when new models come in and even listen to ideas that I have to make their department nicer.
My car club meets up there almost every saturday just to hang out and talk to the staff up there. Great bunch of people that are VERY knowledgeable.
Thomas McCarthy is probably their best salesman they have. He owns a tC himself so he can answer questions that you have bout tC's on down the road and not just bout the brand new model. He can tell you what you can do to your scion to make it more personal and customized. Heck he even calls me up to show people what I have done to mine so they can see what can be done to tC's.
Definitely the best dealership i have been to.

I'm very glad that most people have had good experiences with this dealership. My deal has been very frustrating. From the moment I signed those papers, I've had nothing but troubles and would not suggest this dealership to anyone. They messed up my sales tax payments (registered in different state) which caused me to have expired temporary tags for a couple of weeks. They sent me home with a car that was different than what I test drove - but it was dark when I finally left the dealership and hadn't noticed until the next day. Unfortunately, the 'new' car had scratches on the bumper and dashboard. Never once did my salesperson ever return my phone calls trying to fix the scratches, nor did the guy in the finance department with regard to the expired tags and faulty sales tax payment. I finally wrote a letter to the general manager, but again I was promised a fix that never happened. It's too bad, I love this car. I will never deal with these people again.
It is no secret that I used to work at Covington Pike Scion which is now Wolfchase Scion. I purchased my vehicle there after I had already changed dealerships. My experience there as a customer was a little rocky at first, but it turned out awesome. Everybody that works there has a love for these cars and it shows. They are willing to do just about anything to make sure you are happy. They are involved with the community and do events all the time. Even if I had not worked there previously, based on my experience there, I would go back for service on the vehicle and will definately purchase from them in the future. Thanks a lot guys for finally helping me to get my tC that I have talked about for 2 plus years now.

My tC was the second car I had bought from Covington Pike and each time it was a fun, easy process. Thomas McCarthy made the paper signing process quick and stress less and explained everything very well.
This is the best Scion dealership in Memphis by far and Thomas inspires confidence from beginning to end. His interest in my car has not diminished. I am proud to be in the Scion Evolution car club.

Thomas is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was informative and listened to what I wanted. He tried his best to get the car I wanted but I was impatient and went to another dealership. I regret not buying my car from him. I go to Covington Pike Toyota for all services and have always had a great experience.

I just bought a brand new xB from Covington Pike and will not go to anybody else for service or my next vehicle. I am a first time buyer and they did everything just perfectly. It could not have asked for a better car or experience. I would strongly recommend anybody in the car market whether or not they are looking for a Scion to go see Thomas McCarthy out there.

I absolutely love my car. I got to customize it myself and make it mine. Thomas McCarthy was very helpful in doing this. Everybody there knows what they are doing and I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a car. I have already told all of my friends about them out there and they love my car too. I dealt with Marvin (can't remember his last name) in buying my new tC. He was very accomodating in some requests that we had when purchasing the vehicle. Overall, it was a VERY good experiance there, and I would recommend them again.

The tC that I bought is awesome. I was very impressed with the service that they provided. They were very knowledgable of the product. I would recommend them to anyone that was thinking about buying a Scion.

It was an unbelieveable experience. I do not like salespeople because they are pushy, but this process was very smooth. They made it easy for me. The only problem I had was picking the right color. I think I got the right one though. I love the car and would recommend it and Covington Pike Scion to anyone looking for a new car. The price is awesome and I still love the looks it gets. Two thumbs up to Thomas McCarthy and the staff there because they know what customer's expect and they are going the extra mile for them.

Let me start off by saying that I could not have dreamed of a better car buying experience. I would also like to say that I have never enjoyed a car as much as I do with my xB.
Everyone at Covington Pike Toyota Scion is amazing. They have done so much for me, and I can tell that they actually LOVE Scions as much as I do. Anytime I have had any questions or concerns, Thomas McCarthy has been there and helped me out tremendously. I absolutely could not imagine a better experience. The customer service is incredible. Thomas really goes out of his way to make sure that I am completely satisfied with anything and everything. So, that's it :) I would (and do) recommend Covington Pike Toyota to anyone and everyone.

If your interested in a Scion, go to Covington Pike Scion to get one. They are very knowledgable about every aspect of Scions, so if you have any questions, they have the answers. I am so happy with the way I was treated from start to finish getting my tC Release Series 1.0, that I may even try to get on with Scion as a salesperson, with the no haggle pricing and all.
I love my new tC and the whole crew at Covington Pike Scion deserves to be recognized as the best Scion Dealer around. I got a better interest rate than I expected and more for my trade than most would give. Even being upside down, my note is lower than I thought it would be. They are very knowledgeable and they did not push me at all. In fact, I was pushing them to sell me the car!!! I love it and all of my service will be done there and I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking for a Scion. The experience was so good, that it would definitely be worth a drive to get it from them.

I went to Performance and they tried to get everything right for me, but I went out to Covington Pike Scion, and they had exactly what I wanted and the experience was awesome. Thomas McCarthy was my sales person. He was very knowledgable about the scion Tc that I bought. He was very sincere, they made my first car purchasing very easy. I emailed him before I went to the dealership and he sent me a quote within hours.. not days like most people. He emailed me back very proptly. He was great.. The whole experience was great. And I love my new Tc!

Everything was awesome. I love my car and the experience was top notch. I loved it start to finish. The whole staff out there was eager to please. I ordered my car after the first test drive and do not regret it. I was kept informed about where my car was at all times and it even got here EARLY!

I found that the sales personel were very knowledegable about the product at hand, or well the tC i bought... From the moment I walked in untill the time I walked out it was yes sir, no sir, is every thing fine, may I help, any questions sort of thing... Thomas was always there for any off the wall questions I may have had as well as facts to which I knew nothing about concerning the car and Scion as a whole.
I would have to say that the over-all experience of it was great, and I can't find room for a single complaint, out side of the fact that I have to pay for it, lol.
Any-ways, i would recomend Thomas and covington pike Scion to any one who is looking to buy, or just has a simple question...
If you want to know the meaning of scion's trade "What moves you" this is the place to go... Thomas, once again, Thank you for the tC, I love it :)

I did not buy my xB from them b/c they did not have them yet. If I did not NEED a car I would have been more than happy to have bought my car from them. Even though I did not buy my car from here, Thomas and the rest of the staff treat me like Family and check up on me as if I did buy a car from them. I just want to say for anyone and everyone out there who is even concidering buying a Scion in the Memphis area, DO IT! And when you do it, get in touch with the man of all men in the car buisness, Thomas McCarthy at Covington Pike Scion! Thomas will help you before the sale, during the sale, and after the sale. He has done everything possible to make my Scion experience the best and something I will never forget. Dealing with him was much diffrent than the first time I bought a car. No haggling, no pressure, no arguing, and definatly a whole lotta satisfaction. haha. Also, this guy will keep in touch and keep you updated on new things for you car and things with getting you hooked up with other Scion owners. This has been an awsome experience and would do it many times over again. I'm a first time buyer, drove a couple of used cars before. Obviously have no credit history, though willing to build one. Well,the two dealerships (Honda and Mazda)I asked for help from gently refused. But I didn't loose hope, I had One more Place to visit - Covinton Pike Toyota/Scion. Like most young people I did a lot of research on the newest cars through the Web, so that's how I got aquainted with Tom McCarthy (The guy so great in his attitude that my Wife once called him Paul McCartney). He gave me all the detailed info concearning their inventory write on the internet, so I already had a clear idea what I wanna get even before driving to the dealership. When I finally drove there to say "Hi" to the real Tom (and by the way get a new car), I realised why Toyota is the worlds leader on the market. The answer is - ATTITUDE! I promise you, my friends, nobody there looked at me as a "guy, hwo we desperately need to sell a car to". They were serious yet friendly, knowledgeable and easy-going, something we call Professional. Tom showed me the inventory,gave me the keys to test-drive (now, never take advantage of this!return the car back!). My future xA was "love at first sight", and I couldn't expect that IN JUST THREE HOURS (including the time for paperwork and alloys that I ordered to put on it) I was going to drive my new car home! Only thanks to Tom's helpfulness and his Toyota-scale attitude that makes you feel like you're buying a Lexus while just getting a little cute gas-saver!

Thomas McCarthy is the greatest car salesman that I have ever met. My first decision for the color of my TC was Azure pearl and my decision was twirled around between colors with flint mica and Azure. Thomas made the decision much easier because I really needed the TC and they had an Azure Pearl coming in the next week. The great thing was i received the Azure Pearl Tc two days ahead of the proposed date. There are not enough words that could describe the fantastic dealer and guy that Thomas is. Covington Pike Toyota is a great dealership.

My first impression wasn't that great because I didn't really like the first salesman that I was dealing with but he isn't there anymore. When I started looking at Scions again I started talking to Thomas McCarthy and he rocks! He was always polite and eager to help. It took a week to get all the financing done but he didn't give up on us. He always returned my call even though I called a million times. I am extremely pleased with my buying experience at Covington Pike Scion.
I purchased an Xb this past June. I was very impressed with the sales staff at Covington-Pike in Memphis. Mitch James went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect vehicle. I was really impressed with the way he kept in contact with me throughout the ordering-delivery process. In fact my family felt so good about this dealership we recently purchased an Xa for my daughter and my mom bought an Xb. I would certainly recommend Mitch and the staff at Covington-Pike to anyone searching for a Scion!

Being in the market for over 2 months searching and searching for a car that I really liked was starting to stress me out. I walked into Covington Pike Scion, Thomas greeted me, didn't hound me like most salesmen do, and had ordered a car for me the next day! He was very responsive with everything I inquired about and was very in tune with what I wanted in my car buying experience. Being the first car I purchased on my own, I was a little bit nervous. Thomas put all my worries to ease and I walked out grinning like a champ! I LOVE my tC and will definately be returning for all my car and accessories needs in the future!

I drove down to Covington Pike Scion on a Sunday afternoon and took a test drive. An hour later I was the proud owner of a brand new xB. They had the black sand manual that I wanted in stock. I like the no haggle pricing. I was not pressured into extra options or warranties. It was the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had.

How can you describe perfection? these guys really have their act together and know what their doing. I liked the face taht I coudl keep in touch with them via email. Even after I took delivery of the car they keep in contact to see if there is anythign they can do for me. I could not have asked for a better bunch of guys or a better dealer to deal with. I highly recomend Covington Pike Scion to anyone and everyone wants a scion.

Thomas is the dealer that is above all rest. He knew a lot about scion and it seems he knew exactly what I wanted. The time from the test drive to the sign of contract he kept in touch and made sure that I was happy with my xb. Even after I sign the papers he still works to make sure I am completly happy with my scion

Great Experience. Thomas is a great person to deal with that shows great interest in Scion. After the first time I went to the dealership I already knew it would be where I got my car from and didn't even visit the other guys. If you are in the Memphis area, this is the place to go.

I dealt with Thomas McCarthy for the sale of my stock xB, and he did an excellent job with me. No messing around like a typical dealer, he kept to the Scion sales experience very well. I was informed when the car would arrive, and there were no delays. As I previously had a Saturn, I'd say this sales experience was almost as good.
The only point where it fell short was during the paperwork, where I had to deal with another guy. I was asked over and over whether I wanted extended warranty this, extended coverage that, and no matter how I said NO the guy didn't seem to hear me. Even Thomas commented on it at one point. If Thomas didn't do such an outstanding job up to that point, I might have left. Thomas smoothed things out though, and it was all good in the end. He later said he would bring up the issue with the finance guy so it wouldn't happen again, and I believe he did.
Overall I was really impressed with the experience, and would really recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a Scion in the greater Memphis TN area. My staff attitude rating is due to the finance guy, not Thomas, who receives a 10 from me.

Wow! Where do I begin. The whole deal about buying my Scion xB. When I was so nervous about buying a new car. It turned out to be the most stress free and easiest thing I have ever done. I was amazed to pull up at a dealership and not be totally attacked by salesmen. They proved to be the most helpful. People I have ever dealt with. From the person to first greet me to the last person to wave at me driving off in my new car. I am a very nervous person when it comes to spending more than $10 on anything, but the Scion staff at Covington Pike Toyota never made me feel like I was pressured to do anything besides what I wanted. They were on top of their game and provided every detail to every question I had! I am a customer for life there. hats off to Thomas McCarthy and the Scion staff!
