Just like to say "Hi" to all the Scion Members here at Oak Harbor. I will be staying here for about 6-7 weeks. Family matters. Just give me a shout-out. Show the OAK HARBOR LOVE!

Now that's what I call "QUICK LOVE" here at OAK HARBOR. Some of Scion memebers might be Celebrating Cinco de Mayo today or started out last night. I can understand. Yup...will be here until Mid June.

hey everyone, the Blue fox drive-in is playing:

Blades of Glory, and Premonition starting this Friday the 11th,

Is anyone up for a drive-in night on Saturday in Oak Harbor and show our fello Scionite from California some love?

Be a lot of fun and we can take out the go carts there.

And Import.. do you use your CB radio? And what channel? And will you be driving through on 20 or on another road? We just bought a CB radio on our way back home from a trip to Utah and we love playing with it.. it'd be cool to talk to you! :D

Well, I got a fist full of medication now for it and can actually blow snot out of my nose (which feels heavenly). I've got blood coming out of my sinuses too though... yikes! But the vicodin keeps me from caring about that, lol.

The two older boys are both at school, the youngest seems fine.... we're on the mend!

Vicodin! I have some of that.

Oops, threadjack. Anyway, back on topic. Get better Jenna! I have no idea what's wrong, but get better. Shoot me a PM.

Thanks for all the well wishes and thanks for letting me whine a bit.

The kids are all better and the husband has some left over chest congestion or something like that.

It's odd, we all got sick but will all different symptoms.

I've got one ear that popped and that I can hear out of now. It feels so nice! However, now the one that remains clogged (the worse ear the doctor said) hurts extra bad now, lol. And it'd driving me mad... I hate being all uneven like this.

Actually, my father has cancer and I have been driving him everyday to United General Hospital at Sedro-Woolley from Oak Harbor. He is taking Chemotherapy and Radiation treatment. He is not able to drive to the hospital so I take him everyday. I really appreciate and thankful for all your support.
So far, I am just mainly taking care of my father. He is in good spirit and a fighter. Hopefully he recovers soon. I have seen many Scion
Boxes and a couple of XA and TC's here at Oak Harbor. I am located near Jack in the "BOX" on Hwy. 20. I sure miss my BOX back home. I have decided to purchase a bicycle here for temporary transportation just to do some local errons. Again, thank you for all support.

That's nice of you to come out there and help with your father!

Did Victor set a date for us to come out there or does ScionJohn have any days or times that will work better for him than others?

I'm just kidding about you being a nutcase. I love it on Whidbey.. minus the cops.. but the sunset from the beaches makes it well worth it.

I just traded in my xA last week for a Corolla S.. so if you see one with red Foothills plates, a piece of paper in the front window for temporary base access and one in the back for our temporary license plate, wave! If I see a guy on a bike near Jack in the Box I'll honk.. hehe.

I have not set a date as of yet. I was hoping that more people would chime in and let's do something. This week end however is the Global Imports. So I am going to be there at least supporting those that entered. And I am sure that it will go late as always so this may not be the best weekend. However Sunday might work if others are in.

Thank you for your kind words. As far as time and location to meet(?), I am free for sure on week-ends. On weekday Monday thru Fridays around 1:00 to 2:00 pm. On Wednesdays I am free after 5:00 pm.
This will be my daily schedule during my fathers Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments. He has around 3 to 4 more weeks of consecutive treatments left. I will be staying here until my father recovers.

My father also works at the NAS Whidbey (NAMTREGU). One week before his 2nd retirement from the Military he was diagnosed with cancer. As far as retirement, I think it will be on hold. I know that everyone is very busy with the long awaited SCION meets here at Washington and weather have been very nice! I know how it feels trying to get as much mods done to your Scions or non-Scions for the show. I also will be lookin out for the Toyota Corolla with red Foothill plates. I too will also honk my bicycle horns....hehe
