Ok I am looking at the Evo 5 kit. I know its ugly. Thats why I like it.

My first question is... is this kit that low to the ground. I am concerned because I have alot of speed bumps around my complex. Im not sure if my xb would bottom out or not. The kit looks low to the ground.

My second question is. Would I be able to attach teh kit myself after I get some place to paint it? Or is there often times some modifications or tweeking that needs to be done to kits for them to fit properly?

Questions to answer you questions:

1. you lowered?

2. what size rims?

You will want to pre fit it before getting it painted. You can fit the kit yourself and then have it painted, but don't paint a kit and then fit it. You may need to adjust fiberglass no matter what anyone says about perfect fitment.

you will still want to be careful while driving the car. you will need to go in on an angle into a driveway to be safe. the kit is also fiberglass so exepect rock chips
