dl'd it and played it when I got home from work...freakin rocks. I'll have to buy it for sure now.

lol. It was 1:30AM and I was getting sleepy. I set an alarm to wake me up at 2:15AM (that sleepy!) so I could start the Forza2 download...but I ended up sleeping through it and waking up at the normal 6:25AM. I woke up, booted up my 360 from bed, started the download, switched the 360 into "sleep" mode (new feature!), then went back to sleep. I woke back up at 7:25, booted the 360 back up, and played a couple of laps...took a shower, then went to work. lol

I doubt they will do a package, I mean the U.S. isn't even going the receive the limited/special edition of forza 2. I have heard great reviews of the wheel, unfortunately I don't have that kinda extra chaching (college student). The wheel is 129.99 in most places. I won't be able to play tody though, gotta help a buddy install a injen cai for his Mazdaspeed 3.

Another update: UPS was supposed to be there from 9:00 to 11:30 I waited from 11:30 to 12:30 when they called GameStop and said it will be there from 12:30 to 2:00. I'm just going to pick it up tommorow, I do have a reserved copy.

i just picked up the game...Turbo tC here i come!

Just picked it up, and didn't start with the tC, I went Asian looking for it but forgot they have it under American...So i just sold my Supra after 2 wins and got the tC. After about 2 hours of playing, my tC is boosted and looking exactly the way I want my tC to look (Kami kit, 2-tone, etc). The game is absolutely amazing, the best part about it is the sound, I couldn't believe how much a tC with an intake and muffler sounded like my tC. After putting the full exhaust system, it sounds like crap...but that's besides the point. Anyway, this is a must have game if you own a 360.

If I remember right, you had to buy a Jetta GLI and buy and install ALL engine mods, and then equip the stock engine, and then you could sell the upgraded engine, over and over, instead of only once. You get like 45k-50k each time, so you can mkae millions in a few minutes. Thats how I bought over 150 cars, and suped them all up. I have a couple 800+ HP Skylines.

Also, if anyone is concerned about how real the tC is, they've got everything perfect, even down to our lack of full center brake light :P.

Also one of the best new features, rims. Not only is there a massive selection, but now you can adjust the rim size and width, which will actually effect the performance of the vehicle. tC can have 17, 18, 19, or 20's.

You can just repaint the car white, the paint/vinyl options are just endless. :bow:

Just won a Vis Integra Type R.

I bought it last night, started out with a Cobalt SS. Have the GT500, 69 Camaro Z28, 92 Supra Twin Turbo, Lancia, and another car or two I'm forgetting.

I love the SS, have it at 428 HP, without touching the blower or intercooler. Will buy the tC later, when I have enough money to buy it, and tune it fully.

The cobalt I have is 492hp with 399lb-ft on the fwd. On the RWD my cobalt ss has 540hp with 447lb-ft. with all the performance mods
My tC is 489 with 415lb-ft on the fwd. On my RWD my tC has 572hp with 400lb-ft. with all the performance mods.

I'm selling my cobalt. I don't need it. it's time for me to get a supra since I already have the skyland.

The only thing that was keeping me from converting the SS was that it was my only FWD car. Now I have the Type R, so I may spend my dough converting the cobalt, and suping up the Type R as my FWD speed demon.

My RWD car of choice now is the 92 Supra Twin Turbo. That is until I get home from work, and convert that SS to RWD.

^^I said Save your money and don't convert your cobalt to RWD. Get another car that is worth it. Don't waste your money like I did. I'm just getting super cars now. lol but then again it's a video game, do what you want. LOL

My Sleeper car is a 1970 Porsche 914. I engine swaped a turbo 911 motor into it, with full engine/suspension upgrades. I stomp on 911s and 959s all the time. Last count was 42 cars, I only bought 3. A Cobalt SS (starter) , a 06 GTI, and a 04 Audi TT.

The Engine Swap and AWD conversion is awesome for the GTI. I highly recommend it.

I bought a F430 last night, for the Ferrari Event. Spent 175k on the car, and over 125k upgrading it.

Was at just over 700k credits, now I'm at around 345. I need to earn some more money fast.

I suped up my Cobra R for the Camaro vs. Mustang Event, the Cobra R has over 900 HP!

So I finally had the money to pick up a copy today. And so far, I've been playing for 9 hours, yes 9 hours. Only breaks I have been taking were 5 minutes food breaks.

After you take a photo in photo mode, it asks you if you want to upload the photo to the Forza Motorsport website (only if you have Live). Also all the custom graphics put on the cars are made from the in game vinyl system, they're all custom made.

So last night while I was playing, the game randomly froze and locked up. No red light, no error messege. I restarted my console and launched the game. Now, the game was SLOW AS FK. The intro became laggy and the sound would go on and off. I'd get to the main menu just fine, but when it came for loading before races etc, the game would freeze and lock up. I have no clue if it had to deal with the music I put on the HD, the many hours I played the game straight since Monday, or just the fact that I kept the game running while I was taking eating breaks. Hahaha...

So did the new copy work? Did you move the console while it was on?

On a side note, I did 2 endurance and 2 regular events yesterday, so I rewarded myself with by buying and fully tuning a Ferrari F50, SRT-4, and a Lotus Exige.

Yes, the new copy works. I just don't play as often as I did with the first copy. I mean, my 360 was basically on for 12+ straight hours for four days with the game running.

Yeah I returned it for a new copy. I bought mine at Best Buy and all I did was tell them whats up and they gave me another copy. They didn't have any on the floor so fortunately they gave me one of the presale copies they had.
