i have a sub box with two 12s and an amp on the back of the box, the subs are faced out but i wanted to see the difference if they were faced to the inside of the car, but since the amp is on the box the wires end up under the box, the only one i couldnt get around it is the ground wire, is this unsafe or is it ok to leave the box on the ground wire, everything is still attached.

Setting the box on the wire? Yes, that will be fine. Your subs will have to weigh a ton to disturb the integrity of the wires inside that pvc jacket.

Short term, it should be alright. If it’s going to be a permanent position, relocate the wire so it’s not pinched underneath the box. Over time, with vibration and movement, the edges of the box may damage the insulation or wire.
