Default Zeitronix Datalogger Setup

Is anybody running the Zeitronix Datalogging and tuning device they make, i believe it is the ZT-2. Sounds like it would be pretty descent for the price they have at 275 dollars. Also, it comes with a wideband also and 9 hours of datalogging time. Check it out.

If anybody has used this or seen it, lemme know how it is b/c im really interested.

Very solid for datalogging. I'd spring for the LCD screen as an option so you don't need to have a laptop with you all the time. You can log all sorts of things with it aside from A/F.

They do have a gauge in production but it won't be available for some weeks yet.

Just curious, because I have seen the information on these devices, will this replace the need for an afr gauge?

It comes with a wideband sensor, so you can either monitor your air:fuel via laptop or spring for the LCD screen, which can display it in real time. There are also several other options you can order to datalog as well. This thing is a beast.

That's the for sale ad from one of the vendors on EvoM. If you want to order it from them, make sure you double check about the included harnesses to make sure whether or not they're Evo specific.

The top-end package:

Zeitronix ZT2 wideband PLUS BLACK ANODIZED LCD SCREEN that displays, TPS, BOOST, AFR, Aux 0-5v input. ALSO INCLUDES 3.5BAR (35.5psi) medical grade precision MAP sensor for boost logging. Also includes low mass, high response K thermocouple EGT sensor for lightning quick EGT logging and viewing on the LCD display. Also includes ZAVT- Zeitronix AUDIO-VISUAL alarm and safeguard trigger. FULLY PROGRAMMABLE warning LED and alarm that you can base on simple EGT, AFR, BOOST, TPS, RPM and/or COMPLEX warning such as (IF AFR> 12.00 AND BOOST >22PSI AND TPS> 75%, THEN TRIGGER WARNING). This feature works especially well with TTP-Engineering's meth injection systems to insure a trouble free tune. Also for use with laptop for viewing, logging up to 9 hours of datalogging of BOOST, EGT, RPM, TPS, AFR, Lambda, and Aux input 0-5v straight out of the box.

*** This NEWEST VERSION is compatible with meth injection FLOW SENSORS so that the safeguard can be programmed to trigger if the flow sensor slows down and due to a meth injector clog or pump failure.
It is...a beast.

the unit w/ the lcd is very helpful. i have one myself and love what it does. which shows my a/f ratio, egt, and how much am boosting. the egt and psi are extra. but i think it alot easier than having too many gauges.
