Toyota released a new PR on the xD when they released the xB back on May 3rd.

Big detail? xD now officially has cruise control. Yay.

The xD comes mono spec like all Scion vehicles. Customers need to choose exterior color and transmission type, while the only factory option is Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) with Traction Control (TRAC). The xD comes with generous and upscale standard features including power steering, windows, door locks and mirrors; remote keyless entry; air conditioning; four-wheel anti-lock brakes (ABS) with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA); a tire pressure monitor system; driver and front passenger dual stage airbags; front seat-mounted side airbags; front and rear side curtain airbags; cruiser control; first-aid kit; and tilt steering wheel with audio controls.

Interesting that Cruise is standard and VSC an option!! Looking forward to seeing one in person.........

Thank god it has cruise. It would have really ____ed me off if I had to buy it aftermarket. :relief:

its located in an odd place I thought thou. Very nice feature while cruising thou. Wait till you see the gauges thou...pretty sweet imo

It looks like an odd spot, but it's the same location as the tC. It's actually really convenient to operate using your right hand index finger with your hand at about 5 o'clock.
