Hello. I am looking at both the xA and the Corolla S. Was wondering for those of you who also looked at both and chose the xA, can you give me your impressions of both cars?

i took a very close look at the xA, xB, and the corolla S and all are excellent cars... for me it was a matter of cargo/ppl room... that's why i went with the xB...

but btwn the xA and corolla S, it's a tight race... seems to be a tradeoff btwn, HP and cargo space)... if it weren't for the xB i'd prolly still be battling out btwn the xA and corolla... (however, seeing TONS of corolla S's on the roads everyday, it just MIGHT have swayed me to the xA)...

yah...be original...get an xa...everyone and their grandmother has a corolla s

 

if you wait long enough there will be a corolla xrs. you have to look at both cars and decide what you want. you will also want to think about the future and where you think you will be. i like them both, but the xA does look better.

 

I'm always switching between having to drive my xB and my GF's 04 Corolla S.

I love the engine in the Corolla S...it slaps the engine in my xB and makes it look like a redheaded stepchild.

The power/torque delivery is so much more smoother than in the xB...while going 70ish, the rpm's are at abou 2.5...where as if i would be going the same speed in the xB, my revs would be like 4k.

Just gotta do the checks and balances and see what suits you better.

 

I know this might be tad off topic but. With the release of the tC approaching, it's a hard decision to stick with xA or tC. However, it's gotten worse since I've discovered the release of the Corolla XRS!!! Talk about being stuck in the middle of too many sweet cards and not enough cash for all of them!
