running too rich would be my only guess... might be kinda late to post a question like this, you should bump it again in the morning.

leaky injector? Injector correction somehow messed up on the emanage? Emanage not working properly? These are some ideas...

I had the exact same problem with my emanage. would not start cold. I would have to unplug it, let the car get good and warm, then plug it back in. I sent it back to greddy and am still waiting on word to exactly what the issue is. Try unplugging the emanage.

LOL i got the same problem with my emanage ultimate. turns out i forgot to switch the internal jumpers on the emanage board to 12V ignition output. From the factory, emanage is set only to 5V output. You NEED to switch to 12V.

If you keep fouling the plugs, that means there's a rich condition. How were the A/F's from the tune? Also - are you using the Dezod PnP harness with your EMU? If so, you need to switch the JP8 Jumper from 1-2 to 2-3.

The Dezod PnP harness is a godsend. I'd advise anyone to invest the money into getting one instead of splicing computer wires. [scary!]

What size injectors are you running, Frank? And do you have the correction ratio set properly on the EMU?

Oh yeah, and check the jumpers too! I can send you a diagram of what they're suppose to look like if you need that
