Default ::xB::Problem taking the rear wiper off:: xB::

ok so i was on randodes website and saw where he took the rear wiper off and put a chrome bullet in its place...well i loosened the 10mm nut and took it off and tugged and tugged on the wiper but it will not budge...has anyone ran into this problem before...what did you do to get it off without breaking it...

the tech section post i saw was on making it look more JDM...i didnt see one about just taking the wiper arm off and the guy didnt go into detail about that...lol...it seems like i always buy the cars that want to be stock and will put up a fight to be modded...grr

mine was stuck too when i went to take it off. i kind of twisted it back and forth while pulling it and it eventually popped off.

Just carefully rock it back and forth a little. It should come loose.
Another option: you can also remove the motor by removing just 3 screws inside, and cover the hole it leaves in your hatch with a flat plug.

You can just use dealer touch up paint to match the plug to your car. Works fine.
