Default looking for opinion on some of the options

I am going to order an XB2 automatic with the Alloy Wheel upgrade.

Thinking about a few other items and wanted opinions on the following items I am considering

exterior
1) exhaust tip - 76 dollars
2) rear bumper applique 69 dollars

storage related
3) cargo liner 119
4) cargo net 65
5) c-pillar storage 129

interior look and feel
6) door sill illumination 249
7) under dash and cup holder illumination 299
sport steering wheel 279

Appreciate any help. None of the items I listed are that expensive. Are they worth it or a waste of money or just trouble.

Thanks,

1)Forget the exhaust tip. Go to Pep-Boys.
2)This is here nor there. If you don't mind it, it can be worth it, but there are other cheaper options.

3)Are you going to carry anything wet?
4)This is useful.
5)I'm curious about what you could put in there that wouldn't fall out. Beanie babies?

6) Looks cool, but that's all. Kinda tacky.
7)Tacky, you could do it yourself for less.
Some people say the sport wheel feels better, I personally haven't felt it yet.

good luck with getting what you want right now. I am in the same boat, I went Saturday to go buy one of these. I thought this was the whole "thing" with scions you have one base trim level, one option on tranny and then you get to pick and choose what you want.

We'll it might be that way in about 3-6 months but right now, nobody has these things in their parts dept. So dealer can't provide a price, or even when they might even see or have them. The only way to get the options right now is for a dealer to find one in allocation that has what you want on it at the port. And you know you won't find exactly what you want, you'lee get some things you do and some you don't.

I was extremely frustrated this weekednd. I had my truck cleaned out, made the decision I was there to buy it. And it all fell apart over the accessories. I could not get a definitive answer out of anyone. Thought maybe it was my dealership, wasn't I've called 5-6 dealerships in 50 miles, explained what happen, what I want, etc...everyone gives the same answer or they say they'll check into it and then never call back which tells me that the answer is what I already know.

I am just trying to pick the things I want the dealer to install and not do myself an have it be part of the cost of the car. Some of the other things like the liner, the mats the net, you could buy on your own cheaper and there is no installation.

the C-Pillar Storage you can get on eBay for less than $80 as well as the door sill illumination, cargo liner and net and the bumper applique.

the cargo liner and bumper applique would be handy to have, the dash and cupholder illumination are easy to do yourself and cheaper aftermarket. the door sills are kind of cool....
