i've always wanted to play a practical joke on my cousin by buying hub cap spinners and that whistling crap on my cousins car. muhahaha i would love to see his expression when he tries to drive it to work or school, but then again, it would be an expensive gag. lol

Haha that's some funny ____. But I ask you this... why spend $30 or however much this costs? Why not just burn an mp3 file of that sound on your CD and play it in your CD player really loud. And you can also play an mp3 of a loud exhaust too... Think of all the money you would save! I'm going to sell this on e-bay!
