Default Help with AVIC-Z2

Just a few days ago i recieved and installed my Z2. I asked a few people i know around here and i was told to turn off the "Safety" thing so you cant drive and have a movie going is turned off by turning on the car when the system first stays Pioneer to toggle my headlights from off to parking 3 times in a row and it should bypass it. That hasn't worked as of now, or im just doing it wrong. Anyone able to help.

When it was installed the guy cut the parking cable so its grounded all the time i dont have to stop and use parking break to watch a movie or anything the car just has to be going under 5mph. Is there a way to make the screen that says "Error in parking lead.." to go away? i just have to hit OK each time its turned on.

you're installer didn't do it properly. the z2 has a pulsating thing and needs to have a unit to be bypassed correctly.

that'll help

^I don't think they found a bypass for the z2 yet?

the headlight flasher is for the Z1 for units made before july 06 or something. They're working on the bypass, but I don't think they've figured it out yet. All the solutions so far have some sort of drawback.
