Hello All,

Kelsi and I own a timeshare in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We own @ Playa Grande http://www.playagranderesort.com/accommodations.cfm . We have owned it for (2) years and love going, but unfortunately we cannot go this year.

I wanted to offer our week to the local people before I sell it to anyone or trade in my week. Our maintenance fee is $500.00 per year so we are just looking to get back what we paid for this year.

Here are the available dates:
Sunday September 2nd - Sunday September 9th. This is during Labor Day weekend.

It is a (1) Bedroom (2) bathroom unit. (1) king bed, Full size sofa sleeper and a twin roll away cott. It can sleep (5) people comfortably. It has a washer/dryer and glassware and dinnerware.
