Default Question about wiring cold cathodes

I just got my cold cathode set for the OH **** handles from oznium and I understand how to mount everything but I have a question about wiring them. I got the switch from oznium to go with the set but I don't understand how to wire them up. Ok the switch has 3 wires what do I wire to these. Does one go to the + terminal of the battery (with an inline fuse) and one is the ground and the other to both the cathode transformers? Sorry I got two sets of the cathodes which I'm sure you figured out but just to make sure we are all on the same page. *Note - I want to be able to turn these on with all power off to the car.*

That's what I was thinking. Does it matter if for the power I use the battery or the cig lighter?

I don't think it matters but I just used an add-a-circuit from Autozone...if I remember correctly the far bottom right corner slot of the fuse box inside is always powered
