I test drove an xb today with the navigation unit. I liked it, but with every button push there was annoying "beep" confirmation. I only had so much time to mess with it but could not find a setting to turn this off.

I'm sure it can be done, but if not - there's no way I would get it. It drove me nuts! ;-)

Can anyone confirm is this is possible to turn off?

Not only can you turn it off, but there is a choice of three different tones.
