So I was sitting here today watching "pimp my ride" and they installed a product called a VroomBox. This was likely an older show but I thought the product was unique.

It allows you to change the sound of your vehicle. You can pick from up to 15 pre-installed car engines/exhausts. You wire it up with an amp and external speakers under your ride. The bigger the amp the bigger the sounds I assume. It is tied to your tach and vaccum so that you get the right sounds at the right time.

The problem is, if you go to www.vroombox.com , it doesn't look like they are available. Has anyone seen or heard this device personally?

That's really, really, really lame. It's like those turbines you put in your tail pipe so it sounds like you're turboed.

Yeah gas is crazy these days. I drive 50 miles a day just to work. Its really cutting into the modding funds....

 

Heck, the price of a happy meal cuts in to my modding fund.
