I got the new rims on Saturday. 18" x 8" Konig Heatsinks with Falken 225/40/18 rubber.
The ride is still excellent. The only concern I have is the tire pressure light is on, but i'm not going to break down the old tires just to get the sensors out.

Randode, I read that if the sensors get moved to another position on the vehicle when changing or rotating tires it will send a code. It said that there should be some kind of a reset proceedure for the vehicle. The manual or service dept. should help.

When I had Rim1 install my rims they just took the sensors apart and put them on my new wheels. Ask them

yeah the rims were great until the alignment shop destroyed the lip on ALL 4 OF THEM.

I was just wondering the same thing. Sort of the progression of order to do things. Get springs, do drop, get wheels then alignment...but I was thinking the same thing...I've honestly never taken a car in for an alignment, never had to...I wondered what that involved and if there was an risk to you're new wheels.

Randode, I love the wheels and I am thinking about getting them for my silver Xb, but I have two questions I was hoping you could help me with. Did the wheels fit without any spacer and did you need hub centric rings? Any vibrations? And since you are the lowering spring guru, do I have to have an alignment done if put on the TRD springs? Any input you have would be appreciated.

I dont know. Thay are lighter than my chrome 18's on my green xB though.
