So theres news of a 4th MODEL! for scion.
I have really noticed a big NICHE in the car market.... Economic RWD vehicles.

I would really think that an under 20k rwd vehicle would be extremely popular, since the recent tuner industry has switched into the rwd, 240sx....type cars.

what you guys think?

An under 20k

Coupe?
Hatchback ?
Sedan?

 

Definitly need a sedan. The lineup is all hatchbacks and there needs to be something else to mixup the lineup abit. Toyota can make a nice tubo 4cylinder rwd sedan that can compete with the Euro Sport Sedans like the 3series or C-class. That's something I'd like to see/own.

 

It would be beyond cooler than cool.

Yeah, I would think Scion would not have a problem being able to manufacture a corolla sized 4 door sedan with rwd on a 1.8 turbo 6spd for 20k...that would be amazing.

 

A nice drift 2 dr. model would be oh so NICE! Heck they could call it the dF for drift.

rwd tC w/ an avalon V6 or i-force V8 would be more than awesome.

 

If they really made a rwd car under 20k, in the toyota family, i'm betting they're gonna have to cut back on somewhere. Since most rwd cars are comparatively more expensive than fwd's and are "sporty" and not necessarily have "economic" in mind, it just doesnt seem reasonable for them to make a 20k rwd car. Cheapest alternative i think, is the miata which invoices at 19.5k for the base model.
