Eight08customs is takign the new Gen xb to new levels.

I am in the process of making a grill for the new XB's , these stock grills are ugly! it will be prob a smoothy grill or a VIP style Grill

Also in the works and if it comes out ok , I testing my skills and taking it to anouther level in which i have never made before a wing from scratch.

I am looking at a mid wing that will go right below the rear glass and will go over the Scion badge and wiper hole. IM crossingmy finger on this comes out.

You know I'm down if you make'em Marshal!

I want to see both of those items when they are done real i'm interested!

ON the subject of grills:
It looks as if the top grill and bottom are mirror image ( that is same size but reverse.) If that is true makeing grill that fit both is a one step process.
What I would like is a bottom that looks like(identical but without the logo) the factory top grill. The bottom really needs either one like the top or some sort of mesh ( I would prefer black) to protect from bugs smashing the radiator or a/c condensor fins flat.
If you get anything going on the grill, top or bottom, let me know. I had purchased an aftermarket grill from cloud rider for my Honda Element some time ago, but they don't yet list the 08 XB (or any Scion for that matter).

I definitely need a new grill, that holey stock one is annoying me. Kinda want a chrome one on my BSP, though, but will get whatever I like best.

I am super interested in a chrome grill myself..

I guess the quick way to matching upper and lower grill would then be if someone is replacing theirs with chrome or billet ....to buy their old plastic one and mount it on the bottom (upside down). If anyone wants rid of their old plastic one, let me know what you want for it. I 'd be willing to try this if I have any takers. The lower grill seems a bit less wide than the top, but the plastic could be trimmed.....then there is the problem of the emblem upside down (could reverse it, perhaps remove it?)

Looks nice! would look good with a nice speed grille material in it. i might be in for one of these. would have to move my alarm siren though. hehe.
