This is not a message of limitless appreciation for your publication,
nor is it one of scathing hatred directed at your very souls. No,
this is a plea. A plea that you may take it upon yourselves to obtain
a Scion tC and test with absolute scrutiny the aftermarket parts
released for it.

Were this a plea for the implementation of, say, a project Prelude,
the case would not be so dear. As you well know, the tC is no
prelude. Nor is it an SE-R, an EG, or a miata. The tC is a brand new
platform, and up to this point, no reputable group has gone about
turning it from baby Lexus to baby Supra. This plea is that you may
do just that. Please, test swaybars, struts and shocks, springs, and
brakes. Test intakes, convince a company to make headers, and test
the "TRD" coughvortechcough supercharger! Replace the seats, upgrade
the rubber, and leave the "show" for the ricier mags. Do it for
yourselves. Better yet, do it for us. Thousands of tC owners are
waiting.

We just ordered a tC from Scion for just that purpose. We should receive the
car in a few weeks. Stay tuned.
