Normally when i start up my car, the little blue temp light comes on and stays for a little while and then goes away. I noticed last night that the red one comes on now and then switces to the blue one. Has anyone else noticed this??? :?:

Yep, I've noticed it.

...Blue = temp cold
...Red = HOT

It is not reccomended that you run your RPMs > 3000 until the blue light goes out.

right.... but is it normal to switch from red to blue?

it should always light up red when the vehicle is started. That is just the vehicle running a check and you're *really* suppose to look at the lights to make sure they turn on when you start the vehicle. That is to make sure you can see the dumby light in case of a problem.
