Default Stage 1 kit ignition problems????

Has anyone had any ignition problems with their turbo'd TC? I have a ZPI stage 1 kit and it has been running great. All of a sudden, I was on the freeway and it was running fine but when I got off and pressed on the gas it stuttered on me. It's been doing that ever since. If I take off kinda slow with little or no boost it does fine. Once I hit boost it stutters and sometimes backfires. My UEGO wideband gauge reads lean when that happens. I have already checked all of my vacum lines and the fuel pump and fuel filter. I just changed my spark plugs again. I'm thinking now that maybe the spark plug coils are bad. I don't know. Someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!! This sucks.

I would:
A) Check all hoses for vacuum leaks
B) Check intercooler hoses
C) Compression check

Let's start with some obvious points: Are you tuned?

yea, we need the basics from you. pull a plug, what is the conditon? white/black, etc...

your coils are fine. toyota coils (denso) are some of the best damn coils ever made. save your money.

look for the obivious,, check fittings, couplers, injectors, etc..

The answer is yes to all of the above questions. Well I found the problem. It was the damn mass air flow sensor. I had something on it. I don't know what. All I did was spray brake clean on it and it ran just as good as it had been. Thanks to all of your replies.

Thanks for letting us know.
How did you happen to find that out?

Something? Like oil from the filter perhaps?

I found out when I took the car back to the shop for another diagnostics test. This time it gave off a different code leading to the mass air flow sensor. Yeah, it was probably oil from the air filter. But I don't know for sure. Thanks again for the replies.
