I've decided to cancel the Drive-In since I was going to be the only one attending. Maybe I'll try and schedule another later in the year. All depends on the poker run. It takes a lot of time and effort to organize an event. Why bother if there is no interest?

No, nothing really new yet. Figure the movie will start around 8-830, We can all get in early. I'll give a call to the owner now and secure the group and see if there is any word what the movie is.

Ok, just got off the phone with the Drive-In mngr. Again they are giving Us early admission and the discount. Be at the gate by 6:00, they'll let Us in about 6:15, and then the general public at 6:30. The movie is scheduled to start about 830ish. The movie will be announced on the Monday afternoon before.

So, I guess the thing to do now is start a list!!!

ok, 10 days away from Drive-In night on Cape Cod. Spread the word, mark your calanders, highlight this thread!! In 5 days I will post the Movies. Come on folks, who wants to hit the Drive-In?

Ok everyone, here is the scoop. The movies this Saturday, Harry Potter & Robin William's License to Wed. The cost is $4.50 (discount for us), and the gates open early for us at 6:00.

I will be waiting for folks by the Pizza Hut in South Dennis at about 4:30, rolling out at 5:00 for Wellfleet at 5:00.

Directions are simple.

Route 6, exit 9A for Route 134 in Dennis. Once on 134, left at the first light. If you miss the Pizza Hut as you are making that left hand turn, you really shouldn't be driving.

My cell number should anyone get lost or have questions is 508-221-7857.

On a side note, My local car club, "Cape Cod Classics" will be setting up for their big show of the season on the other side of the parking lot.. We can hang for a few, and then roll out together ~ at 5:00.

You should be all set there. Route 28 to route 149 in Cotuit, take that to exit 5, Mid Cape to exit 9a. Couldn't much easier. Could be quicker though, cause there is no easy way to get anywhere from Falmouth!!!

On another thought regarding the Drive-In... I'm willing to open up My back yard for campers... I have a couch that will sleep one, I'm currently holding that for old timers... Are you hearing Me Steve? The rest of you can pitch tents in the back yard.... Bathroom is open to all, with Sunday brunch for those staying over night. Who likes omlettes? If you might be interested in camping, send Me a PM. Wwe'll work out the details. If Campers could plan on being here by 330, that gives time to pick sites, pitch tents, what ever. I'm sure there has to be someone out there with a new Scion tent...

Aww.. I feel bad you put all that work into it. CT chapter is having a drive in meet Friday in CT... they said if they knew about this one earlier, they would of tried to go to it like last year...

No can do, I'll be away. If I do something else, it won't be until Sept at least. My focus now is trying to get this poker run going. I'm thinking about dumping that too, everyone seems to think tint can only happen on one day of the year.

kent - sorry about not being able to make it. your efforts are appreciated though. this was the only weekend i got off from work, so i figured id go home and see the family for the weekend in NY... keep the poker run going if you need any help let me know
