Are there any adv./disadv. with this set up? What's the tire that'll work/fit right on this without rubbing etc. issues?

The + side. Less side wall = a little better handling.
The - side. Normaly More weight unless you fork out a lot of $$.
215/35R19 would be the tire size.

For 18" wheels its a 225/40R18.
As for brands IDK. Depends on what you want.
