Yes they do make a few colors of carbon fiber. Also I heard you can have it painted with some kind of paint where you can still see the fiber weave like that picture.

i know that Sport Compact Car magazine has a dodge SRT-4 project car with a CF hood with orange lines...one of the issues said how they did it, but i don't have it any more...

Any color you can imagine, you can get it in a carbon fiber hood. The colored part is not carbon fiber (carbon fiber is only black) but typically another synthetic fiber, like kevlar or other nylons. There are a few ways to do it, some hoods I've seen use a weave that's black and the color, others use a layer of the colored fiber for the surface then carbon fiber underneath.
