I am excited for these too. You and Dooly are on my watch list.

I still wish I had some of these when I had my Celica.

you know where the new xb could use an overlay of some sort is around the ignition. Inoticed on my brothers new xb it's less than 2 weeks old and all scratched up around the ignition.

I am by no means commenting on Andy or his products....

I just don't see how overlays could work on our taillights. There are just so many contours and dimples in the tails, it seems like it would be a nightmare to do and impossible to get it to look right or without bubbles.

I hope I'm totally wrong, because I would love to buy some. I am too intimidated to paint them myself and can't find anyone I know of to do it locally.

Why couldn't they just make our tails smooth! ;-)

I feel the same way, but I'm more interested in the headlights and side turn signals.

It would be a challenge. Daniel had some issues with the install with his tint guy. I have the kits, just need some pics!

Therefore, I'm offering a pretty good discount on:

full smoke headlights
full smoke taillights
mirror turn signal indicators
smoke reverse lamp
chrome strip overlay for the rear

This discount is in exchange for some good pics for my Gallery!

Please EMAIL me if any of you are interested :).

Yeah I'm still trying to find a good shop to install the overlays. My xB is going into this shop this week for prototype for some stuff!

Well I offered up my ride to be a test subject. Man this guy is fast to respond! I can't wait to get my kits and get them installed. I will post pics as soon as it is done.

can anybody recommend a good installer in phoenix . I know a couple people I can ask, but I just wanted to see if there were others I didn't know about.

Yes, please post pics on here when done. I really want to do this, but I want to see what it's going to look like first. On the tails, I'm just waiting on a price to get them spray smoked instead of overlayed.

Bat's overlays are the easiest to put on like he said patience and a Good Hairdryer oh and an old credit card does the trick.

Blue_Batmobile

yup, patience

It's not that easy especially with the new taillights and I'd rather have them look good when put on.
