After gutting the rear of the xB, (spare, seats, panels, etc) my box stood taller than it ever had. Drove her 30 miles west to pick up some new speakers (got 5.25 Cliff Designs in the back) and lots of dynamat.

I could not believe how much faster that 100 lbs or so less made my xB. Makes me consider leaving all that out! Definately hollow her again when I go back to the track.

PM me before you take the back seats out ever. I can save you a lot of headache.

Yea it is. I gutted mine to dynamat, its a hell of alot faster, I guess thats cause I'm use to a 400lbs sub box in the back plus all that other crap, taking the back seat out is a easy just unbolt it at the base and where it rotates. simple
