Just so you guys know...

THESE BREAK REAL EASILY.

I was taking my bag out of my car and a handle was looped around the knob, I didn't know what it was so I kept tugging thinking it was just stuck around the corner of the seat, yeah well it WAS.

Then I found the knob on the floor.........

I don't know how much it will cost to replace but at this moment in time I'll hold off.

Did it break off or something? Is there a breaking point or did it just pop out? Loose adhesion (glued)...?

They are not glued, they are screwed on. It's a simple plastic knob, nothing major to it. The screw only goes so far into the knob and then it's hollow.

So to answer your question yes it broke off, broke in half whatever. It was flush with the seat when I was done with it *sigh*

Oh well take it to the dealership and say it broke off, its under warranty even if its your fault really they usually replace it.

I have to get my car over for an oil change soon, I just haven't gotten around to fix the knob though.

I'll ask them then.

no no no. wrong attitude. Don't ask, tell.

"while you're in there, the nob broke off, please replace it"

The nob is somewhere between bumper and bumper. IT broke, YOU didn't break anything!!
