I haven't seen a coupe, but I saw a comercial for the new sedan, and it looked pretty good.

I work for Nissan and I gotta say, they should have put nicer wheels on it. The one at our dealership is a white 3.5 SE. It also needs to be lowered some...
Other than that, it's a nice looking coupe...

Love mine so far but agree with the wheels should be nicer for what I paid for it.

I really like the altima coupe. Nice styling, 4cylinder backed by a 6speed manual, and dual exhaust is very nice. But I would not consider getting the v6, way to close to 350z price, and I would definitly take the z over the altima.

Only thing that dumbfounded me was that they made the damn car fwd. I mean its the same platform as the 350z/G35...so y not make it a rwd car.

^^^The Altima isn't on the same platform as the Z/G35 and FX. The Maxima and Altima are on the same platforms, which are FWD platforms.

i couldnt afford the v6 but i def think the 3.5 rims should have came on the 2.5 and some 18s should have been on the 3.5..i love the car but i really need 4 doors and the payments are a little too steep for me after i lost my job so i might be giving it up for a 06 se-r v spec

"I like big butts..."

Actually no, the trunkline, the rear looks out of place on an otherwise beauty 4 seat coupe.

Nissan's smart 2 give so many choices.

Funny, I think the butt is cool and the front is bland.
Car looks good from the back.

Otherwise it looks a lot like the new Accord, bland.

my sister bought one of these but the 4-cyl model in what looks to me exactly like flint mica. i drove it, its decent. i think of it as the poor mans g35. the stockies are horrendous and needs a drop bad.

Looks better than the new Accord to me, I like the look as a whole.

FWD>teh suck. I've owned a 3rd gen Altima for 3 years. While I absolutely loved the grunt and sound of the VQ powerplant, damn that was a lot of power on the wrong wheels. The new styling completely turned me off and I'd never spend that amount of money on a coupe, I'd rather get a used G or Z. It was with an uneasy heart that I actually gave up the VQ altogether and went with awd-goodness, especially so for Nebraska weather here. Never looked back on that decision. I'm a turbo awd addict now, at least for as long as I'll live in states that see snow.

I wish stock exhaust sounded more G35. Other than that I'm wondering about the price for what you get, because I still see 15 tCs for every Altima Coupe around here...

The Altima coupe is definitely high up there in price for the 3.5 at least. But they are also loaded pretty good from factory and have decent interiors.
The price bracket is kinda weird. A fully loaded coupe is going high as much as 30K or over. Why would anyone not shell out an extra 3-4k and just go for a Z?
I don't think it's a matter of what you get for your money as much as it is simple economics: some people just can't touch cars over 20k

I drove one, loved the power from the VQ motor. Didn't like the rear blind spots though. Like it's been said before, it is basically a cheaper alternative to a G35.
