I am new to Scions and made my first purchase (for my wife) a xb2. I already have a bunch of toys on the way to install (stereo, wheels, etc.) but I wanted to know if anyone is keeping tabs on companies that are developing for this car right now and what those parts are? It would be good if we had a thread that could be updated with this information as parts become available. My next order of business when it is available will be a decent shifter for this car!

 

I know for a fact that Zeta Products is working on a bigger Arm resrt as we speak, and softer too!!!!

 

Hotchkis is making their TVS kit (Drop springs and front and rear sway bars) for the car here's a spy pic...

We're still waiting to see if Siphon magazine (the minicar tuner mag) picks up the xB2.

I'm sure it'll make some appearances, but at the moment it's up in the air whether the bigger engine will be a plus or the bigger...everything else...will be a minus. Frankly, I'm really curious, since it's a brand-new magazine about a brand-new vehicle genre, so we'll see. Siphon's acceptance - or rejection - of the xB2 might determine how the rest of the minicar industy responds.

Plus, there's the fact that, ah, most of you are, um...old enough to have given birth to Siphon's target demographic. Then again, you ARE the ones with money :D

Given the success of the first gen xB the aftermarket will be huge. Almost all the companies that made aftermarket parts for the gen1's are making parts (Exceept some of the JDM companies) , and those companies that missed out on the gen1's are hoping on board with the gen2's. It's only a matter of time!

Yea...first day I had it I had the tails tinted and the emblems blacked out. You can kinda see the tails and emblems in this pic taken from T.O.R.C.
