Default Greddy Strut Brace - HELP!

Alright folks - a coworker gave me the greddy strut tower bar for the tC. Threw it in this morning following the instructions for the Hotchkis bar, which is close, so it went pretty well. The only issue I have is that the Greddy is a 3-piece bar (the bar is attached to the strut tower mounts with pivots on each side. Anyway, I don't have the install instructions and can't find them anywhere. Can anyone with the Greddy bar tell me how tight the bolts on the pivots are supposed to be? I'm really worried about doing this wrong and screwing up my suspension. Anyone?

this is for the front or rear?

Install the brackets first, then install the bar.

I got the bar on no problem - I didn't have to raise the car, but I can see where it would have been handy - it was a little tight. This one is for the front. Got the brackets on and the bar as well, but I don't know how much to tighten the connections between the brackets and the bar - no instructions and all and I don't want to overtighten and strip it, but I drove it undertightened yesterday and it was making a noise that I'm not happy about - I think it was from that connection. Help?
