You can have a car aligned to any camber and toe you want, given enough adjustment in the suspension parts.

That being said, if Scion wanted anything other than 0* camber and 0 toe, I would be suprised.

Unless you are autoX-ing, just leave it 0/0 F&R. Good aggressive street settings are 1-1.5 degree negative camber, zero toe front, 0/0 rear.
