So, the DC Carbon Strut bar that I have installed on my car is wearing down my driver side front tire. The outer part of the tire is pretty rounded and is worn down way more than the passenger side. I am not a Nascar driver and I am not turning left all of the time so I dont know why this is happening. What should I do?

The strut bar has nothing with the tire. You need to have your alignment checked.

x2, get your car aligned.

Thing is...I had the car aligned after I installed the strut bar.

yeah...alignment is the key. Think about it though...how is something in the engine bay...2-3 ft away from ur tires...gonna cause problems for ur tires

Then have it aligned again. If you are eating up tires, the alignment is off.

Just b/c you had an alignment done doesn't mean it was done correctly. Find a reliable place to do it that you can trust.

Get it aligned....strut bar can't cause your tires to wear differently.

unless you loosened the strut mounting bolt (main bolt) on the strut tower, instead of the other two bolts that hold on the strut tower brace.

but if you did that you'd hear a clunk noise from that side of the suspension going over bumps.

You should get it aligned again, and this time, have them print out "before" and "after" numbers of the alignment. and tell us what they are. keep us posted.

Did you ever consider that your driving style may have changed. My last car did what your talking about and after having it aligned 3 times with printouts and with computer laser alignments. It was due to my taking corners harder...changed my habits and it stopped doing it.
