Wondering what inputs you guys have on this. currently im using TRD shocks and springs but I hate how it still looks. Superwhite seems to look best when thier really dropped.

im leaning towards the Teins cause the front drop is 2.4 vs 2 on the goldline.

look at this pic, huge gaps make it look like a monster truck. btw im sitting on 17s

click on the pic to view fullsize. should I just keep it the way it is?

Go Coilovers...... :lalala: :lalala: :P :P that way you can adjust the height to what you like.

Why spend an hour lowering your car, then another hour to raise it with coilovers. If you wanna be that low, bag it and be done.
Consider ride also. People that have Goldlines swear by them as far as height and ride. .02

BiggJ rolled like that all the time.....no raising and lowering them. It's all a matter of your preference, if they want to drive around hugging corners like a go-kart or do they want it to ride like a Cadallic floating down the road, How much do they want to spend....etc.....

As far as springs I'd go Eibach but thats my personal opinion because of my experience with Eibach's....

If you cant afford coilovers then I would go with H&R Springs. For the money they are the best ride and handling money can buy. If you can afford the coils still get H&R. I had many people ride in my car that had Teins or Goldlines and couldnt believe my car was dropped and handled that well with just the springs on.

I'm gonna move this to a more appropiate location in the tC suspension and handling section. Personally I have the Tein H techs and thats way low enough for me with 19's. BJ has the S techs and got high centered leaving the parking garage at ASU and had to have an SUV push him to get him going again. That was with stock wheels.

Never heard of the H&R springs, wonder how much of a drop id get cause they say it ranges from 1.75-2.5 depending on year. mines an 07

although I do like the idea of coilovers cause if I ever move to a different city, thier roads might not be as paved and even as here and id be free to raise it up.

Just glad I didnt get them before I went on vacation to Ruidoso, NM. everything there was either up hill or downhill and the dirt roads had heaps of rocks that required skillful driving.

I'll second the Hotchkis and H&R. I love my Hotchkis springs. Looks great, rides nice. But H&R make some quality products and if you want a nice drop, try the H&R Race springs... 2.0" F and 1.6" R. Still get that raked look like the Teins. Paired with the TRD struts, should be a great ride...

Goldline or Tein? I'll go with the latter.
