ebay! :silly:
i always check ebay
what i meant is that i need to know if the tc rotors fit it or the camry.
there is no listing on ebay or anywhere that i've seen that says "08 scion xb slotted/drilled rotors".
i wouldn't want to purchase the wrong part

Do they really make slotted rotors for the Rav4? I never would have thought of that.

TRD offers a performance brake kit for the XB2. It includes larger drilled rotors, red TRD calipers and SS brake lines. I don't know the cost but any dealer parts dept. should be able to look it up.

that product seems to have disappeared from even sparkstoyota. Was there when first released but could not find it so use Rav4 and the above link. Have not made that paurchase yet but is next probably in fall. Good Luck. I had seen it originally but is no longer there so checked around.

Yeah, I don't see it online at all anymore. I did see it about 2 weeks ago in a TRD print catalog at the scion dealer. Maybe it is just delayed or they decided to drop it?

I have been wondering about cross drilled rotors as well. I can find them for a Rav 4 up to 2005. Are 2006-2007 Rav 4 rotors different? Will they work all the way around?

I would try Powerstop rotors and would stay away from cross drilled. Just use slotted. Cross drilled can overheat and crack easier under continuous heavy braking. A friend of mine used to race an Integra with cross drilled and cracked 3 different sets.

i wouldn't recommend to get rotors that are dimpled. they have a tendency of being noisy.
make sure that they are drilled all the way thru.
these rotors where pm'ed to me a few weeks back .

cross drilled rotors don't crack easy. I had them and they out last any other rotors I ever had. Important: Don't get cross drilled slotted combo those, I saw in a car show the said they can crack easy. cross drilled can hold temp up to 1,700 degress F. they are used for better braking under extreme conditions. Slotted are just good to keep them cleaner.
