I added the first poll for Saturday or Sunday after we find the best day I will set a poll for best actual date, it will give us a better idea of dates and not have 12 different choices between the weeknds...VOTE UP!!!

I was thinking if Michigan, Indiana, Illinois,Wisconsin,Ohio had a huge meet somewhere in the center of all 3 points..we would have the masses of G/L and probably have a grip of scions 30+ maybe even more..I know we all have seperate meets/shows but I think it would work, if enough people in surrounding areas agreed or even acknowledged..

Sunday would be best for me, share your thoughts on this, again just a idea and something we have yet to really speak about (a huge g/l meet)

I know ~zero~ about Indiana cities... but looking at the map, South Bend appears to be a central location, although Indianapolis does too and they are a ways apart...

this is an excellent idea-
someone has previously mentioned a cook-out or bbq of some sort in the month of october.
best central location for all to meet would be northwest indiana -- near south bend.
i propose we set a date and meet at the indiana dunes for a rain-or shine- event.

I could do a Sunday but Im out for Saturdays (work)

either way Sunday is a for sure day (most) people will have off nd seeing as how this can be pretty huge we need to think about the best day..

Keep in mind that there is a big event here in Michigan on Sunday Oct. 24th

So if Michigan is going to be in this, that day needs to stay open.

 

Your correct, most people do have it off. But most people don't wanna drive 8 hours there, and 8 hours back, and stay for maybe an hour tops. If you wanna include more people, you have to consider it being on a Saturday for a bigger state/state meet.

There is always October 10th. But that's Scion exposed in Philly. Most people have that next day (Monday) off for Columbus day.

 

this evening (once work slows down) I will make a poll with all possible dates and let the masses decide which day is best. If i can get 2 weeks in advance I can get a Saturday off so either way works for me..

keep checking back for a poll, I need to get all possible dates that DO NOT interfere with any other meets/shows...

im confused....how is south bend in the middle?? I thought that was like near the top of Indiana?? I think Indianapolis would be more like it.

 

I think doing shows and meet and greets is better being held on saturdays.due to the fact that the majority of us work on monday and it is a _____ getting up early morning on mondays...just my 2cents.....................juan

i agree..sat works out better for me..all of family and friends are done getting merried for the moment..so i can now meet on saturday..sundays is for the fam..you know.

 

gotta take all the states in consideration (WI, IL, IN, MI, and OH).
that works out to be the central location for all states.
