Okay, question...

All sorts of people email her issues (she even said so on an audio clip on the website)?

Now I listened to many of the audio clips and most just seem to be issues she has (not emailed in) but there is one audio clip where she does mention that the issue was emailed in.

So do I go with the answer of "lots of people email her issues" or do I go with the one audio clip? Anybody?

Then, question #3. I'm guessing the answer is Scion of Puyallup, right? They wouldn't ask who the #1 Scion dealership in the NW is if it wasn't them, right? I can't see anything on their website or on Google.
