This is a great car show that has a large exposure. It is dominated by older cars, but there is a strong showing of newer cars every year as well (imports/ domestics/ lowriders/ SUVs/ etc.). It is a family geared show (no loud bass music or scantily clad girls) and all procedes go to charity as well (which makes it worth-wile ,trophy or not, in my book). My wife and I will be attending in her xB, and would love to see some of 'yall there!

PS I forgot to mention there are also a ton of street vendors @ the NE corner of the car show as well for the shoppers!

I am going to register the day of, since they usually form 2 lines, pre-registered, and not (obviously), and the day-of line is usually way shorter.

The only downside is placement, if you pre-register, you are almost guarenteed main street parking, if not can end up one of the side streets w/ not as much exposure...

Don't worry Jenna, we all just hang out, goof off, tell jokes and make each other laugh. We talk about our cars from time to time and of course we will walk around and look at the other cars that are displayed as well.

One one hand I have the Bite of Seattle with all that yummy food, alcohol (right?) and fun things to do and in the other hand we have the City of Snohomish and staring at Shawn and Doug's car all day long.

I'll have to mull this over a bit, lol ;)

I think its just you and me for tomrrow....where ever you want, how familiar are you with the area? They start takin non-pre-registered people @ 8 so might be nice to be there a littel early becasue there is usually a line, and we want to get on 1st street. you tell me, name the place and time and I will be there!

I think you guys should meet up in Lowell somewhere and take River Rd there. Well, maybe not... they are talking about possible river flood warnings due to the unseasonable torrential downfall we're going to have on Sunday.

We're not going to come but are still going to try to do the Bite. We have a 4 year old who will be heart broken if we don't go. We'll have to bring the umbrellas and changes of clothing.

I like to backroads just in case and if it rains hopefully can go slowe nough that they spray won't mean we have to totally re-clean the whole cars. I am thinking Jack-in-the-box across the street from Everett mall @ like 7-7:30 let me know, and we can just take the river road into Snohomish!

It's Over! 5 Scions came to the show and we pretty much were the Import Class. And, I won my first trophy. But, instead of being for something very noteworthy, it is instead something entirely Ironical. My little xB "out ran" Corvettes, Mustangs, a tC and every other street rod at the place to win the WA State Patrol Trophy for "Most Likely to Get a Speeding Ticket." The other Ironical point being, I received my first speeding ticket not less that three months ago, from none other than the WA State Patrol... geesh... Pretty trophy though. Its bigger than any of Erik's.... :) Erik will post pics next!

Was a fun show, weather was warm and not wet. I had a fun and it was nice and relaxing..

Kind of a small turnout this year but I that is ok, like Shawn said ^ we came away w/ 3 trophies @ an old car show...not bad. Had fun, got to correct the anouncer on how to pronounce Scion, and got a lot of play from the people looking @ the cars! Here are some pics!

Yes it was! And yes the adorable!

I love this event and look forward to it every year! The sheer amount of people that show up just blows my mind! The really cool thing is that in Sept. is the big show there...usually like 800 cars!
