I want to sound deaden my car a little, but I've read in a few places that some asphalt materials smell in the summer heat. I've looked at http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/products/, but it just warned you of all asphalt materials. Can anyone with edead v1se2 comment on it? is sound deadening in the doors and trunk effective enough?

 

ive got some eDead in both doors and the bottom hatch with no smells. Maybe the first day or two but havent smelled it since? No worries!

 

cool, did you notice a good decrease in road noise? how many layers did you put down and how many sq ft did you buy?

 

i did notice a bit less road noise, not much cause i really dont remember? I only put 1 layer and i think it was around 40ft? Not too sure?
