I was wondering if any type of short ram intake from a tc will fit the 2008 xb??? and what year of tc short ram intake will fit the 2008 xb???

They should 'fit' but will require an adapter for the MAF and may require custom mounting brackets. Randode may have the necessary MAF adapters for sale but you're on your own with the mounting brackets.
