For the manual folks,

do you know if the clutch start switch connector that plugs into the clutch start switch assembly comes from the whole engine wiring harness or it's a separate cable/wire?

Do you mean the neutral safety switch? It is on the clutch pedal assy. The wiring will be tied into the wiring harness it will not have a separate harness just for it.
