So I went to my local dealer yesterday and spoke to a salesman about the xD, he tried the whole, "we don't have any information on em at all" speech.... I told him that I knew that scion released the prices on the xD on wed. and that they should already have some allocated... so then the guy goes "alright..." and goes to his little inventory computer and and looked up his allocated xD's... which was 1... a black one in standard... I put money down on it... XD

Looks like I am getting the first one in my area!!!!!!

He said that the date it will begin being built is on July 26, and It should be in my hands the first or second week of August!!!!

I just ordered an xD today. I was told that it will arrive late August / early September. Also, the dealer that I ordered it from said that they will be getting a black xD in on August 10.

Its dropped on the TuRD springs(compare the third pic down with the ones in the garage), key is black, and the wiper is useless...

Those are the TuRD lowering springs... and yes thats the upgraded wing...

I have been historically unimpressed with TRD lowering springs and the overall drop they offer. HOWEVER, different people have different tastes when it comes to how low you car to go........so in that regard, get what you want!

All I remember is that my bro got the TRD springs on his first gen xB.....and the drop was there, just not very much. I, on the other hand, installed Goldline springs on my first gen xB. The drop was 2 inches and very noticeable. I got many inquiries wondering what springs I had that go my car so low.

TRD springs (usually just rebadged Eibachs with a markup) historically had a great combination of performance while keeping the stock struts and shocks alive for an extended period of time. The "look" perspective was also right on the dot - wheel gap was even around the tire.
