.Remove the factory grille shell.

.Center the new billet grille for measurements. Make sure that the top of the grille aligns correctly with the top mounting brackets. You may have to slightly bend the mounting brackets for best fit. I recommend using a crescent wrench to bend them.

.Use a silver sharpie or other visible marker to mark where the lower mounting bracket holes should be drilled.

.Remove the billet grille and use a 1/8 drill bit to drill 2 holes in the plastic for the 2 lower mounting brackets.

.Fasten the new grille to the mounting brackets on the headlamps. You can use either 2 half inch 7/16 srews and bolts to fasten it or you can use the factory fasteners that you removed earlier. Both of them work, it just depends on your grille. I found that mine was too small for the fasteners. The easiest way to attach the screws is if you hold the nut on the bottom with your finger and then hand tighten the screw. Make sure the grille is aligned correctly with the bottom holes you drilled earlier.

.Now place a flat nut on the bottom of the bottom mounting bracket then place a Ύ Phillips screw through the hole in the bracket. Then tighten the screw until flat with a Phillips head screwdriver.

.Now using a 7/16 socket tighten the two upper mounting screws. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM TOO MUCH!!! You just need them more than hand tight to prevent them from coming loose.

Thats it! 8) Make sure that everything is aligned perfectly and that the hood does not hit the grille when its closed. If necessary, remove the grille and adjust the brackets.
