Just got back from a round trip from Detroit to Chicago with my new box....I wish I would have had a camera to take pics of all the gawkers every time someone passed me; the looks were hilarious. Tried to vary speed between 60-75 mph but was hard to do on I-94 with everyone blasting by me. Had some guy ask me what it was in a rest area where I had stopped. Several people stopped and asked when I was unloading in Chicago. Gas milage was between 34-35 mpg. I bought this car primarily as a winter car since my "fun" car is an RX-8 but I've had more looks and more questions with the xB in a week than I have had all summer with the 8. I guess it's a pretty tough spot to be in; which kind of fun do I want today.....xB or RX-8.......

Ironically, the rotary engine that is in my RX-8 is smaller than the engine in the xB, in fact, it's one of the smallest engines I've ever seen in a car....hmmm, now you're giving me ideas....... :wink:
